Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using Lazy, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software. If you are using Lazy on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Who we are
Lazy is published and operated by GameOn, a company established in France. GameOn is the seller and provider of the Pro subscription. You can contact us about these terms at davidlazyide@gmail.com.
License to use the app
Lazy grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application for your own coding and development work. You may not: reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app; sublicense, sell, or resell access to it; or use it in a way that violates applicable law.
Free and Pro tiers
The Free tier lets you use Lazy with your own AI provider API key. Your data stays entirely on your device. The Pro tier provides managed AI access and additional capabilities in exchange for a subscription fee. Pro subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from your account settings.
Billing, withdrawal and refunds
Pro subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Because the Pro service gives you immediate access to digital content and managed AI, by subscribing you expressly request that we begin performance immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully supplied. We do not otherwise offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 30 days and we will investigate. Prices may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers, and your statutory rights are not affected.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Lazy to: generate content that violates applicable law; attack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to systems; circumvent rate limits or access controls of third-party AI providers; or distribute malware. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules after reasonable notice where feasible.
Your content
You own the code, notes, and other content you create with Lazy. On the Free tier, this content never reaches our servers. On the Pro tier, content you send is processed to deliver the service as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not claim ownership of your work.
Third-party AI providers
On the Free tier, your use of third-party AI APIs is governed by those providers' own terms of service. Lazy is not responsible for those providers' behavior, uptime, or data handling. You are responsible for complying with their acceptable use policies.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the extent permitted by law, Lazy is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected. This does not exclude any warranty or guarantee that cannot be excluded under the mandatory law applicable to consumers.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GameOn and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Pro service in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or the mandatory rights of consumers.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice (updated date on this page, email for Pro subscribers). Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to these terms or to your use of Lazy will be brought before the competent French courts. This does not deprive you, as a consumer, of the protection of mandatory provisions — including the right to bring proceedings or to benefit from the consumer-protection rules of the country where you reside in the European Union.
